All real estate transactions facilitated by Montenegro Real Estate are subject to the laws and regulations of Montenegro.
We act as intermediaries between buyers and sellers and do not take ownership of any properties listed.

7. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of our clients' information. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Montenegrin data protection laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Montenegro Real Estate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
Our total liability to any user for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the services in question.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to our interests or the interests of others.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montenegro.
