Marina Village

The community will boast more than 300 luxury villas with sea views, accommodating a thriving population of over 5,000 residents. Amenities include a swimming pool, a sports village, and a retail precinct featuring international and local brands. The development will also feature two world-class marinas with 176 berths, fuelling dock, and a Port of Entry, alongside ample public and green spaces.
